General Purpose of Position: As part of the management team, the Sales Assistant Manager works directly with the Store Manager to ensure the responsibilities of day-to-day management and sales goals of the retail store are being met. General Purpose of Position
Racquet & Jog / Tyler’s is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable clerk to work in our Administrative office in Bullard, Texas. Position is full-time, hourly paid starting at $17.00 an hour.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies.
- Facilitates payment of vendors, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities and shortages, and issues purchase order amendments and past due notices as needed.
- Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
- Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Routinely communicates with buyers, vendors and company stores.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills
