How do I purchase a gift card?
You can easily purchase both physical and electronic gift cards directly on our website! Simply navigate to the Tyler's tab at the top of the homepage and select the giftcard category (or click here). Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
E-Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient's email address that is entered in the notes section at checkout, or the E-Gift Card will be sent to the email used for checkout. If you'd like the E-Gift Card to be sent on a specific date in the future, please include the desired date and time in the comments section at checkout.
Physical gift cards will be mailed to you or to the recipient of your choice.
Coupon codes and promotions do not apply when purchasing a gift card. Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or money back.
When will I receive my e-gift card?
You will receive your e-gift card via email within 24 hours of purchase, as our team manually processes them. E-gift cards purchased on the weekends and after 5 PM CDT Monday-Friday, will be processed and sent out the following business day.
E-gift cards will be sent via email to the recipients’ email address that is entered in the notes section at checkout, or the e-gift card will be sent to the email used for checkout.
All gift cards are redeemable at any TYLER’S Store locations*; including Racquet & Jog in Tyler, TX.
*TYLER'S Gift Cards cannot be redeemed at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Austin Warehouse District store.
How can I check the balance on my gift card?
To check your balance on your TYLER'S gift card, please visit SmartTransactions online Gift Card Balance portal.
Can I use an e-gift card in-store?
Yes, you can absolutely use your E-Gift Card in-store! Please be prepared to show the cashier at checkout your confirmation email with the Gift Card number for them to reference.
Can I use a physical gift card online?
Yes, you can! To use your physical gift card online, simply go to your bag before checking out. You will find a field where you can enter the gift card number and apply it to your order.
Lost gift cards
If you believe that you have lost your gift card, please reach out to our customer suppor team as quickly as possible. Once the funds are used from the card, we will no long be able to replace the card for you. Gift cards are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Is Racquet & Jog a part of Tyler's?
Racquet & Jog in Tyler, Texas is our original location. After expanding to other cities in Texas, we changed our name to TYLER'S. Although there are other Racquet and Jog locations in Texas, we are only associated with the original location in Tyler.
What brands do you carry?
Currently, we have curated over 350 brands in our physical store locations and are continuing to expand. We carry top brands like On Running, Hoka, Patagonia, Chubbies, Southern Tide, Bogg Bags, Free People Movement, and so much more!
