Holiday Ordering Deadline

What is the order deadline for guaranteed delivery by Christmas?

All orders must be placed by December 17th at 11:59pm to be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. This deadline is in place to ensure larger orders have time to be sourced, packaged, and delivered in time to spare before Christmas day.

Do you offer Expedited or Next day shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options, including Next Day and 2nd Day shipping through UPS and FedEx. However, please note that these options do not override our December 17th deadline for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

If you'd like to upgrade to expedited shipping, simply place your order with standard shipping and then contact our customer support team. We'll prioritize your order for fulfillment and adjust the shipping cost to reflect the expedited rate. You’ll only need to pay the difference between the standard and expedited shipping costs.

What is Your holiday return policy?

TYLER'S will always have an extended return window for the holidays! Purchases made between the Monday before Thanksgiving and December 31st are eligible for return or exchange until January 31st. Refunds and returns must have an accompaning receipt or order confirmation to receive a full refund. Returns made without a proof of purchase will receive store credit.

What is Tyler's?

TYLER'S is a Texas-based clothing and shoe store established in 1978. We offer a wide assortment of products from over 350 top industry brands catering to a variety of clothing and shoe needs. Our mission at TYLER'S is to establish ourselves as a premier one-stop shop for athletic performance and lifestyle fashion. We serve the entire family, including kids, grandparents, and everyone in between, with our welcoming customer service, vibrant product collections, and a wholesome atmosphere. Catering to both local residents and visitors with a passion for active living and Texas culture, we ensure there's something special for everyone!

Is Racquet & Jog a part of Tyler's?

Racquet & Jog in Tyler, Texas is our original location. After expanding to other cities in Texas, we changed our name to TYLER'S. Although there are other Racquet and Jog locations in Texas, we are only associated with the original location in Tyler.

What brands do you carry?

Currently, we have curated over 350 brands in our physical store locations and are continuing to expand. We carry top brands like On Running, Hoka, Patagonia, Chubbies, Southern Tide, Bogg Bags, Free People Movement, and so much more! Yes, we do offer military/first responder discounts. Please present your military ID at checkout in-store or contact our customer support team for details on how to apply the discount online.

How can I check the balance on my gift card?

To check your balance on your TYLER'S gift card, please visit SmartTransactions online Gift Card Balance portal.

Can I use my e-gift card in-store?

Yes, you can absolutely use your E-Gift Card in-store! Please be prepared to show the cashier at checkout your confirmation email with the Gift Card number for them to reference.

How do I sign up for emails/the newsletter?

To sign up for our newsletter, enter your email address in the sign-up form located at the bottom of our homepage.
