RETURN POLICY

All orders can be returned up to 30 days after their delivery. Items must be unworn, with their original tags attached and shoes must be returned with their original box to receive credit. If shoes are returned with their shoe box used as the shipping box, they may be subject to a 20% deduction fee. All swimwear must have their hygienic liner still attached to receive credit. All returns made using our prepaid UPS return labels are subject to a $7 deduction from their total refund. Additionally, this refund will not include any original shipping cost paid.

Return eligibility

Merchandise is eligible for a return if the items are/were:
1. Purchased from a TYLER'S store or through our online website
2. Unworn and in original condition
3. Returned with the original packaging and/or tags
4. Returned in the original box, if the returned item was received in a box.
(Shoe boxes must be placed inside a cardboard shipping box when being shipped back to us. Shoe boxes used as shipping boxes, or footwear returned without the original shoe box, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee)
5. Swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn, has all tags included, and the hygiene liners are attached
6. Hair and body products are final sale and cannot be returned. These include but are not limited to sunscreen, hand sanitizer, hair shampoo & conditioner, lip balm, lotion, and hair syling products
7. Candy Club is final sale

How do I start a return?

  • Step 1
    • Pack the item(s) in the original shipping material or a cardboard box. Please include the original packing slip, or a note with your name & order number.
  • Step 2
  • Step 3
    • Drop off your package at any UPS drop off location. Online orders can also be returned to any TYLER'S location or Racquet & Jog in Tyler, TX, within 30 days.

If you'd like to use a delivery service other than UPS, please send returns to:

We advise securing a tracking number for your return if you use a different shipping method. TYLER'S will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit. You will receive an email as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us. Can I Return An Online Purchase In-Store?

Yes, you can return any online order in-store. Please have your order packing slip available for our in-store staff to process your return. In-store returns are subject to the same return eligibility standards.

Can I return an in-store purchase online?

You are welcome to return the item you purchased to one of our physical stores in Texas, or you can send it to our online department at 7434 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX, 78752 , for a refund or exchange. If sending your return through our online department, please include a note with your contact information. If returning to a physical store, please have your packing slip or order number ready for the staff to process your return.

If you need us to create a label for an in-store order, please contact our support team, and they can provide a return label. Please note that any in-store purchases must be refunded over the phone to the original card, as we do not store credit card information for customer security.

Note: All returns made using a prepaid return label incur a $7 return fee deducted from the total refund.

Can I Return a Gift?

Yes, you can return a gift for store credit. Please contact our customer support team at 512-407-9926 or support@tylerstx.com to initiate a return or exchange.

When will my refund be processed?

Refunds are typically issued within 24 hours of their delivery to our office, Monday through Friday. Once a refund has been issued, it may take up to 5 business days for it to be fully processed and returned to your account (Depending on your financial institution). Refunds made in the form of store credit are automatically issued to your Tyler's online account; These funds will be available within 24 hours of your order's return.

What do I do if I haven't received my refund?

If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank or credit card statement, as processing times can vary. If it has been longer than the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your order details. They will assist you, and if needed, you may also reach out to your bank for further assistance.

What is Tyler's?

TYLER'S is a Texas-based clothing and shoe store established in 1978. We offer a wide assortment of products from over 350 top industry brands catering to a variety of clothing and shoe needs. Our mission at TYLER'S is to establish ourselves as a premier one-stop shop for athletic performance and lifestyle fashion. We serve the entire family, including kids, grandparents, and everyone in between, with our welcoming customer service, vibrant product collections, and a wholesome atmosphere. Is Racquet & Jog a part of Tyler's?

Racquet & Jog in Tyler, Texas is our original location. After expanding to other cities in Texas, we changed our name to TYLER'S. Although there are other Racquet and Jog locations in Texas, we are only associated with the original location in Tyler.

What brands do you carry?

Currently, we have curated over 350 brands in our physical store locations and are continuing to expand. We carry top brands like On Running, Hoka, Patagonia, Chubbies, Southern Tide, Bogg Bags, Free People Movement, and so much more! Do you offer military or first responder discounts?

Yes, we do offer military/first responder discounts. Please present your military ID at checkout in-store or contact our customer support team for details on how to apply the discount online.

Gift Cards

How can I check the balance on my gift card?

To check your balance on your TYLER'S gift card, please visit SmartTransactions online Gift Card Balance portal.

Can I use my e-gift card in-store?

Yes, you can absolutely use your E-Gift Card in-store! Please be prepared to show the cashier at checkout your confirmation email with the Gift Card number for them to reference.

How do I sign up for emails/the newsletter?

To sign up for our newsletter, enter your email address in the sign-up form located at the bottom of our homepage.
